Payment Policy

We wait for an approved payment authorization before processing a purchase. Payment availability is shown at checkout and currently lists Credit/Debit Card.

Use truthful, accurate billing information: payment services may review, approve, refuse or seek verification of a charge.

Uncompleted or unverifiable payments and transactions carrying a high risk can lead to delay or cancellation. Our information pages and customer-service messages do not keep complete payment-card numbers.

Contact the card issuer or relevant financial institution about unsuccessful charges, authorization freezes, disputes, chargebacks or conversion rates; these are generally administered on its systems.

A refund, once approved, is ordinarily sent to the original payment method with processing completed within 10 days, although the account may reflect the credit later.
