Using our store, placing a purchase request or contacting us indicates agreement with these provisions and the accompanying policies.

A submitted order offers to purchase the items. Inventory limits, payment problems, invalid addresses, fraud concerns, mistakes and policy issues may require refusal, limitation or cancellation.

Prices, applicable tax, delivery costs and payment authorization are displayed or worked out during checkout. Carrier events and estimated delivery are covered by the Shipping Policy, subject to rights established by law.

Return eligibility is set out in the Refund Policy, with requests within 30 days after delivery and approved refunds processed in 10 days. Copyright and other intellectual-property protections apply to the content and features offered here.

Liability may be limited only where legally allowed; mandatory rights continue to apply. Changes to these terms may follow operational developments, service changes or legal duties.
