Shipping Policy

These shipping arrangements apply to tangible goods purchased from our store. Available services and any free-shipping eligibility are established at checkout for the chosen items and destination.

Allow about 1–2 business days for normal processing, then an estimated 3–5 business days for carrier transit. Weather, service disruption or other delays can affect arrival; the estimates are not guarantees.

Provide a complete, accurate address together with your email and telephone contact. Tell us promptly about an error, understanding that corrections may be unavailable after order fulfillment begins.

Tracking is updated when information arrives from the carrier; generating a label does not itself confirm that transit has started. If delivery is delayed, missing, damaged or marked complete without receipt, send your order number, checkout email and tracking number, plus relevant parcel photographs.

We will review the report and may need a carrier inquiry before resolving it. Delivery limitations can depend on location, item dimensions, service coverage, legal constraints and checkout eligibility; include your order and destination when asking about those limits.
